Right behind the house, blueberries and mushrooms grow in late summer, and within a few minutes by car, you'll reach several lakes ideal for swimming and fishing. The charming town of Åmål, with its shops, restaurants, and harbor flair, is just 15 minutes away.

A special tip for golf lovers: The Forsbacka Golf Course – one of the most beautiful courses in West Sweden – is only a few minutes away. This well-maintained 18-hole course lies picturesquely between forest and water – perfect for relaxed rounds of golf in the heart of nature.

The 4,000 m² plot offers lots of space for playing, romping, or relaxing. A sunny south-facing terrace with a barbecue invites you to enjoy long evenings outdoors.

A real highlight: On request, you can rent part of the old barn – perfect for celebrations, weddings, or birthdays. This rustic party barn comes equipped with tables, benches, and a small bar.
